Table III and IV present information as published in C&E News on October 19, 1998, on page 73 Table III presents a summary of information about the schools that spent the most for Chemical Engineering research and development in 1996 and compares data from 1986 with data for the years 1993, 1994, 1995, and 1996. Note that our department is ranked number 15 for 1996. Table IV presents a summary of information about the schools which received the most federal support in 1996 and compares data from 1986 with data for the years 1993, 1994, 1995, and 1996. Note that our department was ranked number 15 for 1996.
