As everyone knows, timely / early completion of the projects, allows achieving set goals as committed. Hear, specifically when your project involved removal of rock, time is the major factor.


Drill & Blast is the cheapest mode of removal of rock but when the Blasting permission are not possible then usage of hydraulic breaker is the options for rock excavation, which is slow process and create lots of noise.


Hear, we offered unique solution of Eco Friendly Pulse Plasma Rock Fragmentation technology, which allows excavating huge quantity of Rock similar to blasting without creating noise as well as without any license & Permission from the authority for stocking & using.


Government of India, Petroleum & Explosive Safety Organization (PESO), Navi Mumbai had also certified the technology as Non-Explosive process.


Pulse Plasma for rock cracking & fragmentation technology invented by Korea Accelerator and Plasma Research Associations (KAPRA), which is the R & D organization approved by Ministry of Science & Technology (MOST), Korea. The technology is patented in different countries like Korea; USA; Japan, Europe etc.


The advantages of usage of Eco Friendly Pulse Plasma Rock fragmentation technology are:

At upfront, technology looks expensive, when it compared to conventional rock excavation using hydraulic breakers. However when Authority evaluate the impact of higher cost v/s the timely / faster completion of the projects using Safe practices for achieving set goals, authority can easily justify the cost for indirect loss to nation, if project is not been expedited by adopting such technology.



  • Let us consider average excavation in a hard rock area of one hydraulic breaker as @ 10 to 15 cum per day.

  • Whereas using Pulse plasma technology, one can fragment almost 300 cum to 600 cum per day.



This resulted in to direct cost saving because of:



    • End product can be implemented faster to achieve set goals.

    • Interest on project cost is lesser.

    • Direct cost saving of the supervision, men power and other site expenses.

    • Increase the capability of handling more projects by same men power.

    • If project is running behind schedule due to improper rock excavation; can be put back on track or even advances depending upon the stage of excavation.
